We currently provide X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammography, Bone Mineral Densitometry, Pain Management Injections including Fluoroscopy (Airdrie & Macleod location only) and Ultrasound Guided injections, and Biopsies.

Position Overview & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you will be a part of the front desk team and the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for a positive clinic experience. Your duties will include checking in scheduled appointments, walk-in patients, maintaining patients' records, handling correspondence, and supporting our staff with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- First impression to welcome and assist patients in person
- Triage patients arriving for scheduled exams, walk-in x-rays and patients that need to schedule appointments for future exams
- Process payments (for Out of Country, Immigration or Interventional services)
- Acquisition of any patients (EHR) relevant to exam booked
- Attention to detail is an asset for confirming identity, referral requirements, exam information and billing
- Calling referring clinic to clarify any discrepancies on requisition
- Manage office supplies and ensure the clinic environment is tidy and welcoming
- Patient assisting/coordinating – Taking patient to the change room or secondary waiting. areas. Explaining prep requirements such as changing into a gown or completing forms
- Adapting to schedule adjustments, such as handling delays, supporting staff, adjusting exam times, rebooking patients and communicating changes promptly to ensure smooth operation of clinic setting
- Preparing interventional paperwork
- Trophon training for sterile EV reprocessing
Qualifications & Skills

- Proven experience as a Medical Office Assistant/Healthcare Scheduling Agent or in a similar role is preferred

Position Overview & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Booking Manager, you will be part of a fast-paced team and be the first point of contact in patient care taking a large volume of calls from patients wanting to book diagnostic imaging appointments. Responsibilities include handling large volume of patient calls using a phone system, developing a solid understanding of diagnostic imaging medical terminology, requesting requisitions from patients, and providing excellent patient care and customer service to ensure patients have a positive experience with Pureform.
Responsibilities
- Manages a large inbound call volume using complex scheduling software
- Schedules patients at multiple clinics for same-day and future date appointments
- Works with scheduling software to optimize the clinic calendar
- Learns the times required for scheduling procedures to ensure the clinic schedule is booked efficiently
- Meets KPIs, such as daily call volume, and others assigned
- Accurately enters patient data from requisition
- Learns and follows scheduling protocols to ensure a consistent patient experience
- Provides excellent customer service to patient inquiries. Answers patient calls in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Responds to patient inquiries with accurate information. Learns to handle difficult patient calls including exercising de-escalation strategies. Escalates patient complaints to the correct internal unit
- Learns medical terminology associated with diagnostic imaging
- Learns the different skill sets of technicians and physicians for appropriate scheduling
- Trains on the utilization of the patient scheduling software
- Remains current on system upgrades
- Participates in internal training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of the diagnostic imaging industry

Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma
- Medical Office Certificate or medical related training considered an asset
- 1 – 2 years of booking and/or administration experience considered an asset
- Must have strong clerical skills including experience and understanding of booking patient appointment processes and general procedure knowledge
- Must be able to work with complex scheduling software and other computer programs including Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to take a large volume of calls per day (32+ calls per day)

Reporting to the Sonographer Supervisor, the Sonographer is responsible for delivering exceptional care to all our patients in a respectful, compassionate, and welcoming environment. As a Pureform and PureKids Sonographer you will independently perform and communicate the results of diagnostic examinations to the Radiologists. A successful candidate maintains the highest level of medical ethics at all times and is driven to continually improve their level of understanding and knowledge in this field.

Position Responsibilities
- New hire mentoring and check-ins
- Periodic quality control image audits of all sonographers
- Training Coordinator – leads and arranges the training of Sonographers in additional skillsets
- Rotation to all locations – sick call, vacation or training coverage
- Education Distribution – Collect information from sonographers who attend conferences to create documents/PowerPoints to distribute to all Sonographers. Communicating CME opportunities or Ergonomic tips/info
