Pureform Radiology is a boutique provider of community based Diagnostic Imaging services in Calgary and Airdrie. We currently provide X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammography, Bone Mineral Densitometry, Pain Management Injections including Fluoroscopy (Airdrie & Macleod location only) and Ultrasound Guided injections, and Biopsies.
We work with over fourteen Radiologists to provide a range of sub-specialties including: General Imaging, MSK, Intervention, Breast Imaging, Specialty Pediatrics and more.

Breast Imaging
Pureform was proud to be the first community provider of digital mammography in Calgary in 2008.
Since then our breast imaging program has evolved into a full service solution providing Screening, and Diagnostic Mammograms, Breasts Ultrasound, Tomosynthesis (3D Mammography), and Breast Core Biopsies and Fine- Needle Aspirations.
Pureform also uses technologies such a Volpara’s screening breast program to ensure the most accurate results for all of our breast patients.
Our Breast Health Program at Pureform can handle almost any breast issue from a routine screening exam through to necessary biopsies. We follow the screening guidelines recommended by the Canadian Association of Radiologists.
PureKids, Pureform Radiology's Pediatric arm, provides some of the most specialized community based pediatric imaging in Canada. Working with the same radiologists that work at the Alberta Children's Hospital, our team leverages a combination of patient care and medical expertise to deliver a comforting experience for every parent and child.
Children will be excited by our play area in every clinic waiting room. Children's TV programming and toys during exams, along with stickers and prizes at the end help keep their minds off the exam.
Parents can rest assured that our pediatric radiologists have both the hospital and clinical experience necessary to correctly interpret pediatric scans.
