Holiday Hours

A friendly reminder that all 3 of our clinics will be closed for for several days over the holidays. Pureform’s holiday schedule follows regular hours, except for the changes listed below:

Friday Dec 22, 2017: All clinics are closed after 1:30PM and booking lines are closed after 5:00PM . 

Saturday Dec 23, 2017: All clinics and booking lines are closed. 

Monday Dec 25, 2017: All clinics and booking lines are closed. 

Tuesday Dec 26, 2017: All clinics and booking lines are closed. 

Wednesday Dec 27, 2017: All clinics are closed but booking lines are open regular hours.

Thursday Dec 28, 2017: All clinics and booking lines are open regular hours. 

Friday Dec 29, 2017: All clinics and booking lines are open regular hours. 

Saturday Dec 30, 2017: All clinics are closed but booking lines are open regular Saturday hours. 

Monday Jan 1, 2018: All clinics and booking lines are closed. 

Regular hours resume Tuesday Jan 2, 2018,  

May Long Weekend

In recognition of the Victoria Day long Weekend, Pureform Radiology will be closed the following dates:

Saturday May 21, 2016.

Monday May 23, 2016.

Our normal hours and operations resume on Tuesday May 24, 2016.

Easter Weekend Hours

In recognition of Good Friday and the Easter Long Weekend Pureform & PureKids Radiology will be closed on the following dates:

Friday March 25, 2016.

Saturday March 26, 2016.

Our normal hours and operations resume on Monday March 28, 2016.

May Long Weekend Holiday Hours

A friendly reminder that all 3 of our clinics will be closed for the May Long Weekend.  Holiday hours are as follows:

Friday May 15, 2015: Open regular hours!

Saturday May 16, 2015: All clinics and booking lines are closed. 

Sunday May 17, 2015: All clinics and booking lines are closed. 

Monday May 18, 2015 (Victoria Day): All clinics and booking lines are closed. 

Regular hours resume Tuesday May 19, 2015.  

Easter Weekend Hours

In recognition of Good Friday and the Easter Long Weekend Pureform & PureKids Radiology will be closed on the following dates:

Friday April 3, 2015: Closed.
Saturday April 4, 2015: Closed.

Our normal hours and operations resume on Monday April 6, 2015.

Remembrance Day

Lest we forget. This Remembrance Day we recognize and pay tribute to those both past and present who serve our Country with bravery, courage, and determination.

Airdrie Power Outage

June 5, 2014 11:40AM: A pole transformer has caught fire behind our clinic.  Electricity to our facility has terminated, and we are unable to perform any exams at this time.

We do not have an estimated time to recovery, but will update as more information becomes available.

UPDATE: 1:15PM – Power has been restored to our building, and we are willing and able to resume operations!

Baby and Tot Show!

We’re at the Baby and Tot show today – we have multiple moose and loads of giveaways and information for you!

There is a moose on the loose!

Pureform & PureKids Radiology will be at the Baby & Tot Show this weekend, held at the BMO Center.  We’ve got loads of treats and prizes.  Oh, and a couple moose as well!
